What a fit has health clothing ?
Compared to the "canonical sizes" our products, especially the sanitary pajamas and the medical suits, They have a "wider" fit to ensure greater comfort and convenience.
We therefore recommend purchasing one size smaller than the one you usually wear.

I can receive the invoice for my order ?
We operate on a fee-for-service basis, therefore the invoice must be requested at the time of purchase specifying it in the notes field, entering billing data, tax code/SDI code and PEC address (if you have one).
Furthermore, the only items with reduced VAT are ours mobility aids (wheelchair, walker, etc.) being medical devices.

I can make the return or gearbox ?
Yes, the return/exchange it is always possible within 14 working days from the delivery of the product. You can do it independently by following the instructions available in theRETURNS AREA.
How much does the service rendered/gearbox cost ?
Return shipping it is always the buyer's responsibility except for non-conformity of the item received and/or manufacturing defects;
In case of size change, however, a small service charge of euro 8.00. This will allow you to receive the new item directly. The same courier will also take care of collecting the item to be returned, so you don't have to worry about anything!
